LED Penlight – Get rid of your lousy disposable penlight and get one that is bright and takes regular batteries. Great for looking in the mouth whether you’re in the trauma bay, hallway, or beside the highway.
Isopropyl alcohol wipes – great for portable nausea and vomiting prevention

Chewable anti-nausea medications.
I suggest even adults can put this under the tongue and let it dissolve then absorb sublingually.
Find it as children’s dimenhydrinate in Canada (“Gravol” is the brand name)
Nose decongestant spray.
Do not use for more than 3-5 days in a row.

Digital Stethoscope. I like the volume amplification and noise reduction for a loud Emergency Department or busy roadside.
